My storage unit has been robbed of over $10000.00 of my belongings

Poor security obviously, very upset of a storage facility that claims to be secure.

very poor management

we moved out of the unit before the payment was do cleaned and removed the lock. Then charged for that month and the next when trying to speak to the manager sam. The only thing made clear is he is quite the ass and a poor vision of the company. He was not interested in resolving this hanging up and not listening i would never refer them to anyone and no matter what is replied nothing will satisfy us except his termination of a job.

My belongings where suppost to be the way I stored them but when I got my things out " Mold on everything dead rats mildew etc. The whole reason I put my family's belongs in there was to keep them safe but they wasn't
