Thank you for your review. As standard move-in protocol, we offer insurance to each of our guests and if a guest does not have their own insurance, we recommend having insurance on your storage unit. It is through this additional purchase that personal belongings can be protected in the event of fire, flood, or even burglary.
very poor management
we moved out of the unit before the payment was do cleaned and removed the lock. Then charged for that month and the next when trying to speak to the manager sam. The only thing made clear is he is quite the ass and a poor vision of the company. He was not interested in resolving this hanging up and not listening i would never refer them to anyone and no matter what is replied nothing will satisfy us except his termination of a job.

Manager's Response

The payment was reversed. It could take anywhere from 3-6 business days for a payment to reverse. We made an attempt to contact customer when we noticed no lock was on the unit but did not reach anyone. We cannot remove a customer from the system without speaking to them first. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You can contact us at 256-582-1113 Monday through Saturday from 10am-4pm if you have further questions or concerns.
