I did not receive quoted price for unit
They did not honor the quoted price for the unit. They stated that there was a price increase on January 1 even though i reserved the unit prior to the 1st of the month. It was only a 6 dollar increase but i should have received the quoted price. Overall it is still a decent price compared to others in the area for the same size unit.

Ms. Iris, I am sorry for the confusion as the website was not updated on time. You are correct that you were quoted last year's price. We believe it is the right thing to do is to honor that price quote. The gentlemen at the front desk assisting you was not able to make that change but did raise his concern.
