Hi AJ - Thank you for your input! We are sorry that the paperwork took longer than you expected but in most cases it does take about 20 minutes from start to finish. We also try to be very detailed about our pricing and specials so we are, again, sorry that it seemed confusing. We are always looking for ways we can better serve our customers/potential customers. In regards to the access hours, we are very upfront about that on all of our websites and at point of sale so we are not sure why you are disappointed with them, however, we feel that 12 hours per day is ample access time for most customers and it does help us maintain a safe environment for our tenants and their belongings. The dumpster is for the site's use not for our customers as self storage facilities are not required to supply that as a service. There is a lock on the dumpster so that we can monitor what is put into the dumpster, again, for the safety of all of our tenants and their belongings.
