Public Storage - Phoenix - 19215 N Cave Creek Rd

Today I toured the storage facility at this location. I was greeted by the Manager, Val who was courteous, answered all my questions and showed me the actual unit I was looking for, price was great, location was perfect, the facility was clean, well lighted, and had easy access. The Manager was helpful, professional, and very pleasant. Thank you!

Val and Amanda were terrific. They were prepared for my scheduled arrival and greatly respected my time. Thanks to them, I have absolutely no concerns about storing my possessions with them. They are excellent representatives of the company.

This is a whole new experience for me and from the start it was great. I got reminder calls about set appointments and when I got there everything was handled appropriately, I got shown where my unit was, shown how to use the gate key, and was explained to about how things work such as hours and supplies. Overall it was a great experience and great staff.
