Getting set up with a unit was faster than anywhere else and the price was good for the size. Plus the prorating and the discount on the first month's rent was great. Friendly staff.

Service is great, Ana the manager took good care of me, but their maintenance on their property is real bad. I rented a 10 x10 unit that had the bottom door seal completed rotted and hanging off the bottom of the door, I have 10 inches of a door seal on a 8 foot door. In Phoenix with all the dust, you need a good door seal to keep the weather and dust out of the units. The most disturbing maintenance issue is that over 90% of the exterior lights on the property are either burnt out or not working. I was moving in my stuff after sunset and I was in complete darkness. This is extremely unsafe and does not help with security concerns. I was told that corporate is aware of the problem and they are working on a solution! Really Corporate? It is called buying new light bulbs and screwing them in. I am very unhappy that this company doesn't seem to take complete darkness on their property as a big enough problem for them to make a more serious and timely effort to replace light bulbs or light fixtures to correct this serious problem.
