Public Storage - Phoenix - 7410 W McDowell Rd

The on site employee was the best smile and conversation I've had that whole week. She just made everything better with all this stuff going on ( I lost my apartment ). She made it SO EASY and smooth that it literally didn't seem like I was at a storage facility. You can really tell she loves and takes her job to heart. I am super happy I went to this location. Thank you!

I worked with Sandy while I was there. She was so helpful and friendly to me and my son. She gave me a tour and went into detail about the features and different sizes available. She also looked in her database to make sure I got the best deal for what I needed. I've already gone to add items to my unit and she happened to be making her rounds. She checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed to move in. I like the location, price, and staff.

Oh my, oh my these two ladies, Sandy and Cheyanne are extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and have the best customer service, which seems to be hard to get now a days. They were patient with all of our questions. My husband and I highly recommend to go to Public Storage on 75th Ave. and McDowell if you need extra space to store your stuff.
