it was a good experience the manager Tanya made everything easy-going gave us a tour of the place explained everything we needed to know, she was great making sure that we was comfortable and offer us water's and once we decided to get the storage she made the paperwork part nice fast and easy to understand 😀 thank you for the great customer service hope everywhere the service was like this.

I've been with this facility for about 6 months o e never had an issue with any team member infact I was the one late on a payment and while I know it can't be done all the time they waived my late fees as a one time courtesy. they have always gone above and beyond to insure my satisfaction in doing business with them. o really I'm very satisfied with this facility and I've done business with about 5 in the last 4 years none of which came close to their customer service.
