bad communication online operator
I made a reservation in advance and when I got there I had ordered a 10 by 10 air-cooled unit which was not available and they didn't even have my confirmation I had hired for guys to help me move and it cost me more because of the time frame it wasn't his fault because he had no idea that it was bad communication, I took the unit so I had no choice but I would have left otherwise because I had hired people to help me move

Manager's Response

Unfortunatley the reservation did not come thru to our system so we were not aware of the reservation prior to the customer showing up. As we apoligize for the inconvience to the customer we did upgrade the customer to a 10x15 for the same price as the 10x10 and in addition he received a military discount of 10%. This did give the customer a $34.00 dollar savings per month on the unit he did receive. Again we apoligize for the inconvience. Management

Great customer service!! Went online and reserved a storage unit. I drove less than a mile down the street to sign paper work. Everything was printed and ready for me to review and sign. Outstanding and so thankful!
