I’ve had a storage unit at this Public Storage location for a few years and I needed to downsize. I wanted to look at units to see what would suit my needs and Alex the the customer service person here at this location did a fabulous job of helping me determine what I needed and which unit to get. He showed me around we worked everything out and I’ll continue to stay in this facility until I don’t need storage again. I stay put primarily because customer service and the representatives like Alex, Steven and Jason have been and continue to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful all around fabulous. We had an exceptional experience thanks to Alex at Public Storage. Alex was patient, kind, and thoroughly professional. He answered all our questions, walked us through the process with care, showed us the inside of their units so we were able to see how clean and well maintained they are, he showed us where we could park for ease of unloading, and pointed out the free carts to use for transporting our goods from our car to the unit. Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely helpful and respectful. If you want peace of mind for your belongings as well as top-notch service, this is the place. Ask for Alex—you won’t be disappointed

The setup process for renting a unit was a breeze, the elevators and carts are very convenient, and a HUGE shoutout to Jason for being friendly, helpful, and funny! Spoke to him briefly about the app not working to open gates and he jumped right into action to help solve it!
