It’s a nice storage.
I wanted to switch to a closer location for convenience. Chase took my call, met me, and helped me change locations. He was very nice.

Misunderstanding
I went to the facility I thought I had reserved a unit at, when I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find the unit, I called and spoke with Chase, and he told me I was registered at a different location. He then contacted Kim, who explained the difference in units, and by then I had gone to the other location which was only 5 minutes away. I found the unit and everything was taken care of within 10 minutes. Never have I ever had such a great experience dealing with such helpful, polite, and knowledgeable people. Great people!
