Lindsay might just be the most patient and awesome person that has ever worked at a storage facility! I have storage units in six different metro areas, and she easily stands out as the most helpful person I've ever worked with! Great facility. Great neighborhood. Great building. Great service!

This public storage facility is excellent and very clean. The opening hours are early and the closing hours are late. I believe it has some of the longest access hours among public storage facilities. Kevin is especially wonderful. He is very friendly and helped me a great deal, and I am truly grateful to him. I will always recommend this place to my friends. Every day I see him working very seriously and treating customers with kindness and professionalism.

I just wanna say I had the best experience with Kevin. He did a phenomenal job. Walked me to my unit me in the process seamlessly without any hiccups with a great smile on his face very positive energy. I was very excited to be in comforting hands over explained how well his security system works, and how greatly they can make their customers feel at ease with that said as I left, he continued to tell me have a great day and an awesome Thanksgiving what an exceptional employee really appreciate the comforting words that he spoke. I just moved in… Mostly everything was good, very clean, getting inside was easy, etc.… Two things that could be changed. 1. I had not yet received my keys, and I was unable to get in touch with any employees. I left a voicemail and no one got back to me ever. I did figure out on my own how to get into the space and retrieve the lock and keys. 2. The carts used for moving your belongings really could use a lock on them as there Is a slope in the parking area and the carts tend to roll away. A little bit tricky to hold onto the cart and try and load your items when you’re just one person. Other than that, very happy and the prices are very fair. Thanks so much

When transferring from one unit to another , Robin was great at helping it to be a smooth process. Javier was very helpful also. The only thing I don't like is the quickness they raise your payments soon after you move in .
