Barbara who manages this site, is now a friend since providing excellent communication, medical care post a serious car accident prior to a Hoag ER VISIT, had to pay my bill. She was so worried an insisted ER was more important. She has maintained decorum 100% of the time with all clients which is truly exceptional and unlike any other public storage who are all good. I find her flawless. Other units have had overspray, or some sort of theft, troubles, and she runs a smooth ship. I wish upper management would feature her for woman of Orange County. I arrive post electrical fire, where neither Irvine nor Edison took responsibility. Like any big corporation, medical, or other, she is what makes Orange County the reason we grew up here and love it. She is always looking after others. In addition I was concerned one day about an issue. She took charge and was very calm, in a situation where two other men could not figure out how to get the moving done. I think she attracts quality tenants this way.
