Superior Self Storage - Rancho Cordova

I was very pleased with the customer service provided. The facility is very clean and secure. I feel safe when I am at the storage facility. Also, the moving truck was offered but unfortunately it was not working at the time I moved in.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was met with the friendliest, kindest and most helpful people. The paperwork and sign up process was quick and the price was less than I expected. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was offered to use a moving truck to move in at no charge. My unit was swept and clean before I moved in. I am impressed at how clean this facility is maintained. The units are alarmed and the grounds are monitored. I feel confident in their security process. I recommend this facility to family, friends and anyone looking to rent a storage unit. Thank you very much to the friendly and helpful staff. Excellent experience.

This facility was easily accessible, extremely clean and met my immediate need. The csr was new-ish and took longer than expected on paperwork as well as I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get my 2nd month free because he told me it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available after speaking to someone on phone I had reserved a 5x10 with 2nd month free, that was frustrating. The staff was pleasant & helpful overall.
