From the beginning, manager Shay provided amazing customer service. She promptly called me to confirm my appointment and was very professional. Once I got to the facility Shay helped me find the right size for an amazing price. The light bulb in the unit did not work but Shay told me that wouldn't be an issue she would get that fixed for me as soon as possible. Ray was also at the faculty during my sign up and he was able to answer any questions that I had. These two are the Dinamic Duo! I had reservations about coming to rent at public storage, but with these two at the property I am confident my items will be protected and my future visits to the facility will be just as friendly and professional as the first. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Any one whose ever moved knows this process is very stress ful ...Thanks for the friendly smile, helping me find my unit and making the process less stressful Shay !

My experience today at public storage was amazing, I was visited the office to get some information Shay did a wonderful job of explaining everything that I needed to know. She deserves all the praise. ????
