I’m extremely frustrated with this Public Storage location. I’ve had multiple negative interactions with the property manager, who is consistently unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate in any way. For the past two days, the parking lot has been blocked, and I haven’t been able to access my unit. No one answers the phone or the door, and it’s been over 24 hours with no response. Even the online chat service was unhelpful and provided no real solutions. This location clearly lacks customer service and accountability. I would not recommend storing your belongings here.

Robin was very professional. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in helping me pick my location that would work for me as regards to my storage unit. Just Moved in and was given a call and emailed by Danny (I keep my phone on silent and am admittedly hard to reach) after to let me know that my unit hasn't been locked properly, i didnt know they do routine checks and would go above and beyond to let you know if something was wrong. I really appreciate the effort and glad I made this space a home for my belongings. Thank you Danny!
