Great Office Staff and on-line Customer Service
Because I was moving back to California, I had my sister research affordable storage facilities in the Lancaster, CA area. Purely Storage had the best rates but also had a special going, so we chose this location. I was held up with a problem getting a U-Haul and a trailer, so my trip had to be delayed. I contacted Purely and they were understanding and extended my reservation hold and extra 5 days and they honored the same rate special.

Substantially a place to store all your things indeed absoultely!
The very same day I called I walked in and minutes later we were off to view the unit. It took less then 10 minutes completing paperwork, I got discounted for 2 months, a high tech security lock was provided to me brand-new for me to have and keep for free. Thank you, because I did forget to get one. Being 7 months pregnant I try to not forget things like that, so many helpful great qualities I'm for sure Purely Storage Facility & Staff Members are by far the #1, I Highly encourage & recommend Purely Storage to people all across the nation.
