Last minute didn't have a car so it was walking distance I needed fast fix

They are very nice units are clean they work with you if you can't pay right away they are the best I think for price all the amenities that come with pits you at ease when your moving

ALL IS WELL IN THE LAND OF THE 93536

This facility is close and very convenient (WEST SIDE STORAGE) and the fact that I am getting kicked out of my home and will soon be homeless, where else to store 40 years of "STUFF"!

Superior service and staff

Everything was done on line and was effortless. In speaking to the staff, she walked me through the entire process. She was very professional, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable. When it came time to sign the documents in person, she provided other options to save money. I rented from them before and they will always be my first choice!

I absolutely love this place. Its very affordable and every unit is ground level. Jocelyn the employee was excellent at explaining everything to me and making the process smooth. She even ensured that my storage was nice and clean and to my liking. There are so many specials going on right now it's amazing!

Amelia was very friendly and helped us choose a new unit. It was quick and easy. The property is well maintained and looks secure.

Amelie and Vanessa are both great , knowledgeable and professional. I recently inquired about a unit at a sister property and they did not have the size I wanted. Vanessa referred me across the street to their sister property after doing a thorough search for me. I proceeded to the sister property and Amelie continued to assist me and gave me a tour of units to choose from. The facility is clean and safe. I had a pleasant stress free experience leasing my storage unit with Amelie including how Vanessa went above and beyond referring me to Amelie.

Staff is helpful and courteous only downside is no bathroom for customers so if you are working on your unit all day you have to find somewhere you can go! EDIT 👎 3 months later get notified to update insurance, call and NONE of the paperwork done during my visit was filed so though they for sure got the auto payments going they can’t find anything else! I’m 600 miles away and MIL (who was primary) is 80! Made the trip down 3 months ago to specifically handle this now they are saying we both need to come in person again. Definitely would not recommend unless only option!
