Need a bigger space? No Problem!

I originally reserved a 10x7 unit, but after viewing the unit, I decided to rent the larger unit in the new section. More expensive, but it was just what I needed. I'm so appreciative that Keith mentioned the larger space and so very kindly was able to switch my reservation to the larger unit. It took longer, but the staff was very efficient in getting it done quickly. I'm very appreciative of the staff and the space! Thank you!

Great storage facility in Sawtelle with amazing staff, great rates, and convenient location/parking. Pam and Chris are always there to help and we feel like our stuff is well taken care of under their watch. Also, the open parking lot off Pico and docking area made things very convenient for our move. Highly recommend!

After taking a couple of months to shop around for a storage unit that won't have all these hidden fees and conditions, I came across EZ storage and decided to give them a call. I knew just from the warmth of the staff here that it would be a good trustworthy place to go. After touring the place I decided to rent a unit here, which was so easy and stress free. Pam really is so nice and helpful in explaining everything. She answers questions so well--if there is any since she usually goes over all the details. I then realized after a couple of months that my unit was not going to be big enough after all for everything that I am planning to put in there, thankfully upgrading was the easiest process ever. Chris is also very friendly and helpful! The building as a whole, including units looks and feels very well kept and clean. The air feels clean and climate controlled as well. I'm really happy to have found this place!
