My wife and I recently switched storage units from one in Santa Clarita to one here at Owensmouth Secured Storage and we couldn’t happier that we did! The unit was basically half the price of our old one and way cleaner as well (not a single spider web or dust all over the place like our last storage unit had). It is also so much closer to us so it is way more convenient, but the best thing about this place is honestly the service. The staff is unbelievable here, they are the nicest people and helped us with everything and anything we needed. Susan is amazing, she treated us like family from the first day we met her. She went out of her way to do anything she could to help our move go as smoothly as possible, including her and her brother in law Dan helping us figure out storing our uhaul overnight so we wouldn’t have to drive it home just to drive it all the way back there the next morning to finish our move, they saved us at least $100 in gas and extra mileage on the truck (at $0.40 a mile it can get very pricy). We have had an awesome experience with them from day one of storing here, Susan even stayed late on moving day to help us get situated. We wouldn’t store anywhere else now that we’ve stored here, thank you to Susan and her family for helping us to know what it’s like to be a valued customer again, you guys are the best!
