I am completely amazed on how one person's attention to detail can make a HUGE difference. The new manager Kim has been very helpful it's been awhile since I came down to the property but she helped me find my storage bin with no problem and I noticed how clean the building was when we walked in they also upgraded their security which is really great, another thing I noticed was when i went to the rest room it was actually clean! My visit was a great one Thank you Kim keep up the great work!

Jefferson and met Gary.very pleasant and always smiling, Gary showed us the unit explained how it works, when to pay, and how much. My family has had a unit here for several years. We initially rented it with Gary who was great then and continues to be great! I travel and really appreciate him going above and beyond notifying me of what is going on with my unit and my account as needed. Recently, with all the trouble going on Gary was very patient with us as we were very frustrated. It is because of him we decided to remain renting at PS rather than move and relocate our belongings to a competitor's location.
