Very disappointing experience and unfair billing practices. We clearly notified the staff in person on November 21 that we were terminating our storage unit. At that time, we specifically asked whether the keys needed to be returned, and the staff explicitly told us it was NOT necessary. Importantly, no one clearly explained the required steps or responsibilities after termination, nor were we informed of any follow-up requirements to avoid continued charges. Based on the instructions provided, the unit was locked and not used at all after November 21. However, over the next two months, the facility continued charging our account without any reminder, notice, or warning, and later refused to issue a refund. We relied on the information provided by staff, yet we are now being penalized for following their guidance. This experience feels misleading and unfair. I strongly recommend that anyone renting here get all move-out instructions in writing, as communication is unclear and billing disputes are handled poorly.

When leaving the warehouse, the staff did not remind you to open the door before you could return it, which led to the continued deduction of the fee, and the staff did not say that he would hand over the key. Very unprofessional.

Bummer that it closes on right at 5 on Sundays… like everything COMPLETELY shuts down. However Randal did a great job beforehand on finding us the right strange unit we desperately needed, and I appreciated that!
