Something went seriously wrong with this place !!! $80.00 car storage is $120 for long term customers. Lynette was good and cared. Seems a new guy is in charge and an absolute jerk. They refused to give me my gate code so I could have my car taken out after 6 years of storage there. I was repeatedly refused to be given my access code because this jerk said he didn't want liability though they had no problem charging me $120 a month but I couldn't get my car out. Also they let the car cover sit in the dirt, couldn't care less. My convertible back window fell out so my car was completely exposed to the elements and no one even bothered to let me know. Basically destroyed my Volvo c70 Convertible. I could have saved my convertible top if they'd let me have it towed out 6 to 8 months earlier but they refused. I should have filled a police report. The vehicle now needs a new roof, was brand new when I moved it in, now irreparable. $2700.00 Just another expense not to mention it was in the shop for 5 months due to repairs that mounted exponentially due to hostile customer abuse. Thousands of $$$$ Then they have the nerve to ask me for a 5 star review to win a drawing for $250.00!! Beware

Note - I did not rent a unit - I found the website to be confusing so I called to get more information, the person I spoke to have no customer service at all, we was rude and very unclear in how he was trying to explain their pricing. I was simply trying to find out the monthly price and expose any hidden fees (like mandatory insurance charges) and he seemed to not want to tell me he said the price was the price and when I asked if the 50% off for the first two months was off the started rate online ($103/month), he said it was "on top of" the rate online - I said that doesn't make any sense and he said no- you don't make any sense -- okay I'm done with that nonsense.
