Public Storage - North Hollywood - 12940 Saticoy Street

Was an easy experience from start to finish. Had help via Phone to get the reservation set up at a location that was a combination of proximity and good price. Once at the location, the staff was helpful and courteous. The only bad taste was the extra insurance required that wasn't included on the pricing nor was it called out before I was already doing the final paperwork. The $11 per month for the minimum insurance is a little excessive and I might have made a different choice of Storage companies. I'm sure this is exactly why it isn't mentioned until the paperwork is being completed. Seemed a little sneaky and underhanded.

I was really impressed with the customer service and friendly staff there. I was helped by a employee named Renee I believe. I would recommend to my friends.
