Oakley Gateway Self Storage has been a really easy and positive experience. Renting a unit online was simple, and once everything was set up, there was very little need to interact with anyone, which made the process even more convenient. The facility is always clean and feels safe, the staff is friendly when you do see them, and the bathroom is well maintained. Overall, it’s a clean, secure, and hassle-free storage option that I would definitely recommend. I also want to highlight how incredibly helpful the staff is here. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been patient, understanding, and truly focused on finding a solution. They take the time to listen and make sure everything is handled smoothly, which makes the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and that makes a big difference.

Excellent service! My husband and I have never rented a storage unit before, so it was helpful to have Jason give us the full rundown. Reservations were super easy, we reserved our place at 9am and it was ready for us at 12pm (same day). Safe area, I would recommend reserving here!
