I want to give a huge shoutout to Roy and Lia for their absolutely outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me different options, and truly cared about helping me find the best solution for what I needed. The facility is clean, organized, climate-controlled, and very secure, but what really makes this location exceptional is the customer service. Roy and Lia treat every customer with respect, friendliness, and genuine dedication. Because of them, I chose this place as my trusted storage location. I’m truly grateful for the experience and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind.

Bring your own lock or you will have to purchase one. Staff needs to approve your lock before you use it. I had chosen this location because of a discounted rate but they increased the price by double after 2 months. Insurance is forced but you can allegedly get out of that if you can show proof of renters insurance. I’m sure they (3rd party) would find an excuse to not payout anyways. Staff is nice and they do a good job maintaining the property. One restroom is open at a time and whoever installed the sink without any soap should be sat down and talked to. Also the nozzle is 4 cm away from the basin so good luck washing your hands like a normal person. Security is great and there isn’t much traffic coming in and out. Would recommend if you’re okay with random price hikes!

Public Storage in Pleasanton on Stanley Ave Is the best Storage I’ve ever been to which I’ve been to three in my lifetime. They’re very pleasant to speak with polite and very very knowledgeable of any questions you might have. It’s very clean and worth the price which is excellent as well. Encourage all to join the Public Public Storage Family women in need of a space.

The service at Public Storage is getting worse. They charge a non-refundable administration fee even if you cancel before moving in, which makes no sense. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Also, be careful when booking online—they can charge you extra fees without clearly informing you. In addition, this company does not prorate rent after you move out. They charge for the entire month on the first day, and even if you move out on the second day, you still have to pay the full month’s rate.
