I was able to reserve a unit online, and that made things so much easier for me. It really took the guessing right out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and care about their tenants safety and security. The unit was clean.

I had moved to Redding from Merced. I had made Pre-arranged arrangements with U-Haul for a storage and somewhere along the line they felled to make that commitment. However, it all fell in my favor at self storage the location was much closer to where I live now and I got a bigger storage for the same price that U-Haul had offered me.
