Working with Sunny and Becky has been a delight, they are both kind, helpful , hardworking & accommodating; making the whole moving & storage renting experience so much easier. When i was signing up for a unit a couple who formerly rented from here came in the office just to say hi to Becky (as they were in town)…if that doesnt say how awesome Becky and the employees working here are, i dont know what does.. The actual facility is older and there’s a creek along one side of the property which was potentially concerning, but Sunny & Becky were reassuring and honest and are super committed to protecting the property and the units. They are excellent. :)

I needed to travel out of the country for a few months and I didn’t know where to leave my car. I left my car with Extra Space Storage in Rohnert Park. The staff is amazing, the process was simple and when I came back after 12 weeks, my car was in perfect conditions. I am glad I left my car with them. I highly recommend them!

Great Service. Sonni and Becky are the best. I rented a RV space instead of a storage unit. They helped me out into a nice unit. I would use them for all my storage needs.

My experience was that the staff was very friendly easy to work with and The storage units although they looked a little tiny bit rough they weren’t bad at all, and they felt safe , Also, the price seemed Fair ! So in the end, I would recommend them to you , And feel it was a good purchase , I take away one star for the units looking a tiny bit rough and also I don’t like that the rates go up After a while, Especially when you get all your stuff in there, it’s hard to move it out and start over Somewhere else if you are getting too high of a bill, that being said, I think everyone of the storage unit places do that, I don’t like it, but I just thought I’d moan about it for a minute! Ha ha

Went to get a storage unit which can be a bit stressful but Becky in the front office made the experience very pleasant. She was so helpful and provided all necessary information very professionally. If I could rate 10 stars I totally would but it only gives me 5. Place is clean and I like how it’s tucked away and not in a busy area. Thanks Becky for all the help.
