She gets it.
I have been in the hospitality field all of my life and customer service is very important in my decision making. I know the difference between sincere customer service and "company policy" customer service. For some people you can send them through training, teach them quality customer service and they still don't get it. Yolanda Smith, gets it. At the end of the day, it was her superior customer service skills, that made me feel apart of a family, rather than "just a customer". She gave me confidence in the security and cleanliness of the facility and that my "life" would be safe there. She gracefully answered any and all questions with a smile. Her suggestive selling was delivered effortlessly and where it made sense to me. Over all, my experience was Excellent, Effortless, Enjoyable and because of this, I will recommend Public Storage to anyone who is faced with the decision to put their life's belongings in storage.

Hidden fees
I called the public storage number, and talked to somone who set up the appointment. He gave me a quote of $25, great! When i got to the facility, i was told that it would be more because of insurance, and a lock, luckley i had my own lock. Not a bad experience just some hidden fees. You asked!
