They have doubled my rate in a year, its hard to even get my hall key because someone is always gone with a note on the door and it closes at 4 to get hallway key.

They are never in the office when you need them. It has happened 2 or 3 times that I go there and have to leave after waiting because I have other things to do.

I've used sentry storage twice in the last two years. My first year my unit and all my things were ruined by the weather, which was out of their control understandably. This year my unit was broken into and I was robbed of thousands of dollars worth of cloth, shoes, and electronics. The manager didn't even reach out to me about the incident. The staff on the other hand did and was super nice and understanding about the situation. From my understanding they rent to the homeless. They're able to walk around the place freely. They were sleeping in a unit for days while they were cutting down the walls to 7 + units. I do not recommend renting here if you have high value things. They're expensive for the amount of security they do not have. The cameras are cheap and the units are mostly made of plywood inside. Not secure.
