Nice facility but had to really pull information
I was very happy with the facility and the customer service. My only complaint was the lack of infromation from the person that helped me. The $14 fee for insurance was not mentioned, that I saw, in advance. When she mentioned it I was trying to find out more about it and I really felt that she was not open with information. She should have mentioned in the begining when I was signing papers that my rental insurance might cover it. I asked many questions in order to find that out. Other than that I am very happy.

U get what u pay for
-The cart check in/out is a pain, especially if u have multiple trips in a day. -Then the pavement is slanted, so your cart wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stay in one spot. -The driveway is a hill, so you better have your stuff secure in the back. -Same scam they all have, when it comes to locks and insurance. +Staff is friendly. +Affordable comparatively. +Close to the freeway.
