Renting a storage space at the Public Storage facility at 12340 World Trade Drive, San Diego, was as smooth and pleasant as one can wish for. Reservation of the unit on the website was quick and easy and the unit we were shown upon arrival met all specifications and the pricing as advertised. The manager, Jon, was great. First, he showed us the reserved unit as well as another we were considering. He then walked us patiently through the rental process, was very upfront about all costs/conditions, and answered our questions to our complete satisfaction. In addition, he gave us valuable tips from his experience with other customers. Based on the ease and transparency of the sign-up process, I can whole-heartedly recommend this Public Storage location.

Securing a storage was very easy. Jon helped us and provided great customer service. Jon was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. He showed us units to compare and the best way to access them as well.

My husband and I just bought a travel trailer and we were having a tough time finding a storage space for it near our home. I called Public Storage on World Trade Center and was told they have space! Yay! Spoke with John, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We went to the location to check out the facility and John offered us a primo space! The place looks very secure, clean and even though it's a little more expensive than other places, I think it's worth it.

This facility is very secure and well maintained. Multiple key pads for access to individual areas. Very awesome considering other storage places are basically a padlocked chicken coop in an alley. The grounds are clean and well lit. Everything is tip-top. John in the front office is friendly and helpful. A genuinely nice guy to to have a pleasant conversation with when you see him.😎
