The lady that assisted me (Katherine I think)was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel rushed at all! I also like how they are month to month and help you save $$$ anyway they can.

I am a veteran and when I asked for my military discount I was told it could only be applied to active duty military. I was disappointed since everywhere else honors my service. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t argue small stuff so hope this review reaches the proper channels. Military is military.

Easy enough as some to actually most things on the internet are not. And most of that is due to a companyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s laziness or their IT person/s not keeping a companyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s web site updated. But in this case, the information stated on-line was confirmed the next day when I went in to take care of payment and signature. Now if I only had help to load and unload the rent moving truck. LoL
