in the process of moving out of my storage unit, I had lost my key to the lock on my storage unit. I spoke with Andrea M. At 150 Tully Rd. facility and she helped arrange to fix the problem for me. She probably returned my call and did an excellent job! Great job Andrea thank you again!

I just had a problem with a public storage employee since she started working. First it was because of the door of the space that shouldn't have been half open. Now she wanted to enter my space without my permission and called the police saying that my husband had assaulted her, which is a lie. My daughters were present and she was raising false alarms. The police arrived at the Public Storage and another person spoke to us saying that we have 3 days to leave the rented space. I just paid the rent for the space. Only one star because I had to do it to leave the review And besides, he didn't let us use the bathroom and sent us to Taco Bell. I need your help. My space is in San Jose, California. 150 Tully Rd., San Jose, California 95111.

This is by far the best storage location I have used. Erica has helped me with any questions or concerns she makes sure you understand everything that you're signing and always make sure the property clean and running smoothly. Ive had to upgrade and downgrade my unit and not once have I had a problem. This is the only location I recommend when anyone mentions the need for a unit. Ive tried different locations in the past and the staff is unpleasant or the property needs maintenance. If there were more stars to give I would. Thank you Erica for all your help.

Erica was great! I needed to change to a smaller storage and she was able to find me a good storage with the spaces that I need for a good price! She provided excellent customer services and very helpful. I highly recommended Erica if you need help finding a public storage.
