He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me the available storage units so I could find the right size for my needs. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how patient and kind he was while helping me get everything set up. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you, Keith! I searched for 2 days for a place to store my New Trailer and found Storage King USA! Absolutely the best service that I've seen in years! Nice gated facility and the whole process was very simple. I filled out the forms online, paid and when I arrived They already had my spot picked out, so all I had to do was show my documents and Sign on the dotted line! Very Friendly Staff, and the price was unbelievable! Storage King USA gets 5 Stars!!

My purpose today is to let the community know about Storage King USA's chaotic management. As of right now, the place has been completely devastated after practically all of the storages were broken into (cameras, fences, and main gate). A significant portion of the people who rent a storage has not been informed by the administration of the issue, and most recently, prices were raised without informing anyone. Regarding safety and communication, this place is terrible and a nightmare. Numerous theft and vandalism allegations have been made, and they constantly leave the gate open. Someone else showed that whomever broke into the location left excrement in their storage. This location always leaves their gates open 24/7 with no ability to contact them about the situation. The gate can also be easily opened by pulling on it mentioned one of the renters. It is difficult to contact any of the employees, and our car's gas tank was broken into, leading to a significant gas leak and a dangerous situation. The management did not even heed the police's instructions. They were meant to cover the gas with sand, but they didn't.
