I had a wonderful and inviting experience. I made an online reservation and went into the lot to sign up but ended up at the wrong location. I appreciated the woman who helped me by letting me know I was 1. at the wrong location 2. But gave me an option to rent a unit there if location was more convenient. I found this place by chance, they had the best deal for what I needed. Robin assisted me and she was very helpful. The unit I rented ended up being too small and she found a way to help me to switch units right at closing and made it happen so I could fit all my belonging. She was a life saver.
