Was at this storage for less than a year before someone cut open the locks in my unit and stole items. This has happened to several units on my floor recently and managements only response was to ask if I wanted to vacate. No attempt to prevent break-ins, and you are forbidden from adding any additional security to your unit. Seriously don’t store anything here that has any value.

I stored my stuff here for 12 years. I moved across the country and just couldn't get back to it. I finally did get to it and was expecting my stuff to be moldy or otherwise in bad shape. Nope. Everything looked exactly like i had just put it in there the day before. Not even dusty. This place is clean and adequately climate controlled.
