Public Storage - Studio City - 12345 Ventura Court

Jared made my decision to rent from this facility so easy. He is a true asset to this company. I like a manager who says he wants my business and will do what he can, to work within my budget and as a result I am a new customer. I like that he pointed out the advantages of renting my particular unit because of the location of the hall to make it easy to place a couch in with ease. Gloria, who was working along side Jared that day, was pleasant on the phone and in person. It's wonderful to have professional customer service and to feel that I have two new friendships as well. We went to the Ventura Court location in Los Angeles and met Jared, the manager. He was professional, courteous and personable. He helped us pick a convenient bin location. I would recommend this location.
