Front desk was very helpful and very attentive to the security of the units. I had thought it would take at least a couple of hours to complete the application, however in a little over half an hour I was loading my stuff into my new unit.

Best customer service ever!

The on site managers are wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help in every way. They have many amenities available at the office. Everything from shelves to locks and packing materials. It may not be the newest facility, but it is obvious that the new owners and the managers are making it better, and bringing it up to their high standards. I came because of the price, I'm staying because of the customer service!
