I’ve had an excellent experience here. The property is always super clean, well-maintained, and feels safe every time I’m there. You can tell the facility is run with care and attention, which makes a big difference when you’re storing your personal belongings. The management here is truly outstanding, especially Marn. She is extremely helpful, attentive, and always makes time for tenants. Whenever we’ve had a concern — even something as small as noticing suspicious activity — she takes it seriously and will review the cameras and follow up. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare, and it’s what sets this CubeSmart apart. Highly recommended..

my phone is off right now since I'm transferring lines but called corporate before the new year and no response. I was illegally evicted by the manager's family members and they were working in her place, not sure how legal that is but I was given a 3 day notice to vacate for "changing, and having the door closed" which there's more to it, but definitely not true. I would come daily but was never there more than 15- 20 minutes at a time. I want a refund. Then these folks had the nerve to enroll me in auto pay WITHOUT my consent, because I forgot to return the keys in my haste to get out of there, (I eventually came up there to do so when I could finally reach someone ) I left that cube in pristine order, and was literally done soo wrong due to them assuming I'm living there. I definitely WAS NOT. I would come daily to stow my things but would always leave promptly.
