Public Storage - Whittier - 12331 Penn St

I am new to Public Storage but there are a few issues that concerns me and one problem that has not been corrected. The door to my Storage unit is not working and I have problems closing it. I was told it would be repaired and it still isn't. Also, there is only one carrier to transport your belongings and on Tuesday when I came it was in use and I had to carry all the boxes to the second floor by myself and it took some time. I would think that a big company like public storage would have more than one. I will give it another month and if the door is not repaired, I will then have to look for another place to store my all my belongings.

I just vacated my storage unit after years of excellent service. I was really impressed and happy with Nathaniel. He was nice, courteous and very helpful. He didn't wait to be asked for help, he was the first to offer. I find that very refreshing and recommend this location highly.
