I have been a loyal customer of Public Storage at 5212 S Parker Road since 2006. The facility is always clean, secure, well-lit and the properly managers are phenomenal. On 9/14/19 i contacted Debbie the current Property Manager to inquire about an additional storage unit. Debbie spent no less that 2 hours with me looking at different options to meet my needs and also be as cost-effective as possible. She made two runs back with me to look at different units. I was able to find a solution that worked great for my needs and was less expensive than I planned for. She quickly yet efficiently and thoroughly processed all the details, made sure my gate code(s) worked and got me the necessary locks on the spot so I ended up fully good to go. This type of customer service is rare these days and Debbie went above and beyond - all the time with a smile on her face and genuinely friendly attitude. I can only wish that every business and person I deal with had the same professionalism and customer service as Public Storage and specifically Debbie at this location. I highly recommend Public Storage and specifically the 5212 S Parker Rd location for any storage needs anyone has. Cheers :-) S Horn
