Very smooth and easy, they even provided me with a new lock at no charge. I was quite happy with the experience.

The office staff were very helpful in setting up my reservation and had the paperwork ready when I arrived. My unit was clean and ready to go when I got there. They even offered boxes and a truck to use in my move.
