Overall great customer service and the pricing is very affordable. The unit it self has some material peeling off the ceiling which makes for a lot of dust but they provide drop clothes to cover furniture. The unit picture also shows it easily holds a couch but very difficult to get the couch into the unit.

Great feeling when I left!!
Very vice on site manager. Had answer for all my questions. Hopes to keep unit until I purchase my first home.live in a studio and needed a small storage unit..happy with my choices ;-)
