Great experience!!
Needed to find storage space on a short timeline. When I got to the facility, the representative, Connie was super helpful and friendly. We went over my needs and she took me on a tour to find the perfect unit. During our tour she discovered a unit that had been left open, she was visibly concerned, closed the unit, locked with one of hers and made a physical note to contact the owner immediately. We looked at several units and she was very aware of the strong mothball smells in certain areas and wasn't annoyed that the smell bothered me. Eventually we found the perfect unit. She was very thorough going over the locking mechanism with me. I was so impressed with her level of customer service and friendliness. On the way out, other customers saw her, waved and spoke to her by name. This helped me realize I had made a great decision choosing this place. Best price and so many amenities. I will be recommending for sure.
