Going Above and Beyond for the Company! Dawn is very professional! this is my second unit with PS and even though I already rent one unit, Dawn made certain I completed the process as if it were my first rental. She made sure I was getting the unit I needed by asking all of the questions required by PS. Dawn walked me to the new unit had me confirm that the new unit would work. She walked back to the office and completed the paperwork line for line. She made sure I understood what I was signing. Dawn's customer service and professionalism is a rarity in today's busy world. I hope others recognize and appreciates the importance of Dawn to Public Storage!
