App is a litle confusing've tried to get a storage unit.i couldn't find best outside location ended up with 2 money orders. She added them to my account where another location couldnt. But i always choose public storage . Cause of quality ,service, and vast locations available. You are a TOP NOTCH 5 star company and always gave my business since 1988 Thank you public storage and all staff . Sara, you are the best! And thanks for explaining everything clearly Louis♡

I've shopped many of the storage facilities in this area and ultimately made my decision to rent here today. Both Hannah and Sarah are super friendly and wonderful to work with and they made the process so easy. The place seems tidy and well taken care of and I would highly recommend this facility!

The woman who is supposed to be the onsite manager is rude. First I go to my storage unit a few times a week, sometimes more or less. I have a lot of expensive tools in there and cover them so they can't be seen. She tells me one day after driving by several times in her golf cart that I better not be hanging out in there. That there is a curtain hanging. It's a blanket coving my tool box. First off I'm not hanging out, second I don't need her watching me like I'm doing something wrong then telling me what I better not be doing. Then there was a security issue a few days later. I called a tree has fallen on the fence and it gave anyone access to walk across. I called her and she didn't answer so I called customer service. I told them and the Lakewood Police about the matter. She calls me the next day and is being rude telling me she has it under control. Every other person I have delt with has been extremely nice polite and helpful. She just has a real negative and condescending personality, I'm a paying customer and expect to be treated as such. I have had this unit there for a while. If this continues I will find a different company to put my stuff in.

Hannah is literally the most incredible person ever. She went out of her way to help me out today and couldn’t be more thankful for her presence today :) it’s right off the highway so convenient location and awesome employees, highly recommend this place to anyone!
