I was very impressed with our recent storage rental experience at CubeSmart at the Old Saybrook location. Booking was easy and the unit was clean and as described. Since they left the welcome packet in the unit I had all I needed without delay. And when I had questions I was greeted politely and professionally. The grounds were well kept and everything worked as expected. I’ll definitely use CubeSmart at Old Saybrook again when I need to store something.

We had several units over the past year and received excellent service and assistance. The staff at the research Parkway location, Old Saybrook, was a huge help to us. They are wonderful, attentive, and very responsive when we had some minor issue with one of the locks. We highly recommend this place.

The office person was very helpful. I do wish they had told me ahead of time that they didn't clear the snow pile from in front of the unit rolling door so I could have brought a shovel.

They suck, don’t shovel snow from in front of the storage units and won’t let you borrow a shovel to do it yourself!
