Although the price is great, you can’t get anyone at the local office. It goes to an 800 number and if lucky you get someone in the USA.

HI BG - we have a centralized customer service team that is based in the US, our onsite managers are based in Woodbury and available to meet by appointment at this location or their office is based 0.25 miles (4 minutes drive away) Please visit Old Farm Town Road office from 8-6 on Monday - Friday, the office is also open on Saturdays. Thanks for storing with us!

Nice clean facility

First time using a self check in storage system. After check in process the actual entering and exiting of the building and your unit is very easy. The place is very well lit, clean, and warm.
