Horrible experience!!! Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive!!! My friend got stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes, during business hours. Property Manager was no where to be find on property or by phone. I had to handle the entire process myself, call Fire rescue, the alarm company, elevator company. The emergency contact number on the front door is wrong. No one from Public Storage followed up with us to apologize or make sure we were okay.

I initially had an issue with an appointment at the Aventura location and was unable to attend, which caused me to miss the Labor Day promotion. As a result, the monthly rate increased to $200. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to assist me. Fortunately, I spoke with Mr. Garcia, the District Manager, who was empathetic and gracious enough to extend the Labor Day promotion. I would not have rented this unit had Mr. Garcia not gone above and beyond to make this possible. Horacio was polite and professional.
