Terrible customer service. Tiffany was very rude on the phone. They lock you in with a promo rate and increase it whenever they feel like it! Without warning- Tiffany is quoted saying “we are a month-to-month lease and IF there is an increase, you will be notified within 30 days” This establishment is dishonest, shady and rude and I will never rent with them again.

My husband and I recently moved to Florida from North Dakota, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we had at Public Storage on Boca Rio. From the moment we arrived, Marcos at the customer service counter went above and beyond to make our transition smooth. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient—guiding us through every step of getting settled into our new storage units. Marcos helped us locate our units, and made sure we were familiar with the layout of the building. What really stood out was how encouraging he was while we were unloading our 26-foot moving truck—he noticed how tiring it was and still found time to offer kind words and a helping attitude. That small act of support made a big difference during a long and exhausting move. A special thanks also goes to Tiffany, who returned my call promptly and helped us recover a fan we accidentally left at the front of the building during our hectic unloading day. Her quick response and friendly assistance were greatly appreciated. The entire team at this location is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained—especially the restrooms, which were spotless and a welcome relief after a long day of moving. I highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and customer-focused facility. Marcos and Tiffany truly set the standard for excellent service!

on site customer service does not exist! Customer service via phone was very accomodating, however, this number was not provided to me after my father and I realized we were arriving to Florida a lot sooner and we needed to change our rental date. I called and the employee said we would have to be in person to change the rental date. This would have been fine, except for the fact that he did not tell us we could easily call the number on the door to switch the rental date. My father and I bought a lock and parked the truck at a home depot. We came back the next day, Sunday 9/28/25, and no one was in the office. I called the number and the customer service representative changed my rental date within minutes. I called the property manager, the property manager was making excuses for this poor customer service by the on site employee on 9/27/25. She ended up raising her voice to me. The number is on the door. The employee knows the number is there. All options should be given. Public Storage is not accomodating and they do not care to take care of you after a big move in day like their website says.

Tiffany was very helpful and kind! She made my fist experience at the facility easy and calm. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend this location!

I'm extremely concerned about the lack of communication and unresolved issues with my account. Despite sending me to a manager contacting a Manager David and customer service, I've received no help. David may be getting employees to cover for him his laziness to contact me back, and they seem scared to even ask him anything.The worse customer service ever, and no one is providing accurate information. This has caused major problems with rent payments and owed credit. I need immediate attention and a clear resolution plan from someone who can communicate transparently. Lazy staff shame on that manager! The whole staff has to go! “Straight to voicemail” hire people who want to work!
